Bringing your unit to the shop is often cheaper than an in-home service call. You save on the base trip fee/travel cost of having a technician drive out to your house.

Because the bench technicians work directly out of the main facility with immediate access to the entire inventory of over 1,000 in-stock parts, repairs can often be diagnosed and completed much faster.

The shop is specifically geared to efficiently handle carry-in items like window and portable air conditioners, PTAC units, stand mixers, espresso/coffee machines, and countertop ice makers as well as washer, dryers, Ice machines, and of course large refrigerators.
