FAQs

What appliances do you repair?

We repair virtually all major home appliances: refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges/ovens/cooktops, microwaves, water heaters, wall & window air conditioners, ice makers, and even some specialty items like stand mixers and espresso machines. If it plugs in, we can usually fix it.

Do you service all brands — including high-end ones?

Yes. We work on every major brand (Whirlpool, GE, LG, Samsung, KitchenAid, Maytag, Bosch, Frigidaire, etc.) and specialize in premium/high-end brands such as Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Miele, Gaggenau, Asko, and La Cornue. We stock genuine OEM parts for many of these brands.

What areas do you cover?

We serve Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Cheney, and the greater Inland Northwest. We also regularly go into Hayden Lake, Coeur d’Alene, and Post Falls (Idaho).

Do you offer same-day or emergency service?

Same-day appointments are often available, especially if you call early. We try hard to get someone out quickly when an appliance is completely down (fridge not cooling, no heat, flooded laundry room, etc.). Just call and ask — we’ll tell you the soonest we can be there.

How much does a typical repair cost? Do you give free estimates?

We do not provide free estimates. We charge a diagnostic fee to evaluate your equipment. If you choose to move forward with the service, parts and labor are billed separately. Our pricing is completely transparent, so you will always know the full cost before any work starts. Many standard repairs fall into a predictable price range, and our parts department helps ensure the job stays as affordable as possible.

Do you sell parts to the public?

Yes! We have a full in-house parts department open to DIY customers, property managers, and other technicians. We stock over 1,000 common and hard-to-find parts (including high-end OEM). You can walk in, call, or drop off an appliance for diagnosis without booking a full service call.

Are your technicians licensed, insured, and factory-trained?

Yes. Our technicians are experienced, factory-trained, and fully insured. Most have many years of field experience and carry common parts on their trucks so the job can often be completed in one visit.

Do you offer a warranty on parts and labor?

You bet. We take genuine pride in our work, which is why every job comes backed by our 90-day workmanship warranty. Part warranties vary by brand, as they are covered directly under the manufacturer's own terms, conditions, and subject approval.

Can I drop off my appliance instead of having a tech come to my house?

Absolutely. We have an in-house repair shop for window ACs, portable units, ice makers, mixers, espresso machines, and other smaller appliances. Drop-off is often faster and less expensive than a house call.

How do I schedule a service call or get more information?

Just call us at 509-928-7176. You can book appointments, ask about parts, arrange drop-offs, or get a quick idea of cost. We answer the phone with real people and try to get you the soonest available slot.
